Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to plan, coordinate, and optimize logistics operations, lead procurement processes, and design strategies for efficiency and cost reduction. Lead and train personnel under supervision Our client, a leading logistics operator in southern Lima, is looking to hire the best professional with the following profile: **Requirements:** * Completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Preferred specialization in Logistics, Operations Management, or Supply Chain. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations manager or operations supervisor roles. * Proven experience in distribution centers (5 years preferred, mandatory). * Mandatory experience in management (Procurement, Customer Service, Suppliers, etc.). * Experience in warehouse management, distribution, transportation, value-added services, and reverse logistics. * Proficiency with ERP tools and warehouse management systems (WMS). * Management and monitoring of logistics performance indicators (KPIs). * Microsoft Office (intermediate level, with emphasis on Excel). * Supplier negotiation and process standardization. * Management of IT resources for optimization. **Job Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and optimize organizational operations. * Lead and control the procurement process, ensuring optimal negotiation conditions regarding price, quality, timelines, and delivery. * Design logistics strategies focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and on-time performance. * Implement continuous process improvements using key performance indicators (KPIs) and technological tools. * Manage process standardization. * Analyze and present management results to the Country Management team. * Lead and train personnel under supervision, promoting professional development and ensuring required performance levels.
