JHS MEDICAL, a market-leading company with 50 years of experience in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of medical, office, and educational furniture, is seeking the best candidate for the position of **PROJECT AND OPERATIONS MANAGER** **Job Objective** * Plan, direct, and supervise the company's overall operations, ensuring achievement of operational and project objectives while optimizing resources, processes, and work teams. **Education Requirements**: * University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Business Management, or related fields. * Postgraduate specialization or diploma in Project Management or Operations Management is desirable. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise daily operations and ensure operational continuity. * Lead project planning, execution, and closure. * Implement and monitor operational KPIs. * Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. * Manage risks and action plans. * Prepare managerial reports and present results. * Coordinate with various departments to achieve objectives.
