Your journey toward impact and innovation starts here at WSP! **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate on technical work development alongside other professionals within the department. * Regularly participate in project development, ensuring optimal results. * Ensure quality control by engaging in and reviewing project deliverables prior to submission to the immediate supervisor (typically a junior and/or intermediate engineer). * Assist in preparing proposals for consultancy services related to geotechnical assessment and design. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in the activities performed, among others. **Professional Background:** * Graduate in Civil Engineering with interest in the geotechnical field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions and responsibilities; pre-professional and professional internships may be considered. * Desired knowledge in soil mechanics, laboratory testing, and elective courses related to geotechnics. * Desired proficiency in at least one of the following software programs (or equivalent/similar): Slide, Slope/W, PLAXIS 2D, and FLAC. * Desired intermediate-level English language skills, as well as proficiency in Excel and Civil 3D. \#Peru \#LI\-GL1 \#LI\-Hybrid **Primary Location** PE\-LIM\-Lima**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 1**Job Posting** Jul 19, 2026, 2:03:08 PM
