




Job Summary: We are seeking a legal professional to manage real estate, environmental, and archaeological projects in infrastructure, lead teams, and mitigate legal risks. Key Highlights: 1. We possess extensive experience in projects developed across the Energy, Transportation, Communications, and Mining sectors, having achieved optimal results that enabled our clients to meet their defined goals. **Requirements:** * Law degree with active bar association registration. * Minimum two years of verifiable experience in real estate management, especially in infrastructure projects such as transmission lines, electrical substations, power generation plants, or related activities. * Linear motorcycle license. **Knowledge:** * Application of regulations in the electricity sector. * Administrative law. * Municipal law. * Criminal law with notarial and police-level management capability. * Procedure No. 128\-2025\-OS/CD (Inspection of Transmission Line Easement Corridors) (Supervision of Safety Deficiencies in Transmission Lines and Easement Zones) **Responsibilities:** * Prioritize implementation of the remediation program for defective spans within easement corridors. * Lead and coordinate with a legal team to ensure achievement of objectives and deadlines. * Conduct detailed title studies—both registered and unregistered—for high-complexity properties. * Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with acquisition of property rights, easements, or others. * Participate consistently in coordination meetings. * Draft minutes of Assemblies, General Meetings, and other corporate documents. * Draft and respond to high-complexity correspondence. * Design and implement legal strategies for acquiring easement rights over private and state-owned properties. * Supervise and monitor ongoing judicial proceedings related to acquisition of property or easement rights and other related matters.
