Job Summary: We are seeking a Lawyer with experience in land management to lead legal teams and develop acquisition strategies for rights in infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the legal team in infrastructure projects. 2. Design legal strategies for acquiring easement rights. 3. Conduct detailed examinations of complex property titles. We are a company specializing in Land Management, Environmental Management, and Archaeological Assessments, ensuring the nationwide execution of infrastructure and engineering projects. We have extensive experience in projects carried out in the Energy, Transportation, Communications, and Mining sectors, achieving optimal results that enabled our clients to meet their defined goals. **Requirements:** * Law degree with active professional registration. * Minimum of 2 years’ verifiable experience in land management, particularly in infrastructure projects such as transmission lines, electrical substations, power generation plants, or related activities. * Valid motorcycle driver’s license. **Knowledge:** * Application of regulations in the electricity sector. * Administrative law. * Municipal law. * Criminal law, with capability to manage matters at notarial and police levels. * Procedure No. 128\-2025\-OS/CD (Supervision of Transmission Line Easement Strips) (Supervision of Safety Deficiencies in Transmission Lines and Easement Zones) **Responsibilities:** * Prioritize implementation of the remediation program for defective spans within easement strips. * Lead and coordinate with a legal team to ensure achievement of objectives and deadlines. * Conduct detailed examinations of highly complex property titles, both registered and unregistered. * Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with acquisition of property rights, easements, or other rights. * Consistently participate in coordination meetings. * Draft minutes of Assemblies, General Meetings, and other corporate documents. * Draft and respond to high-complexity official correspondence. * Design and implement legal strategies for acquiring easement rights over private and state-owned properties. * Supervise and monitor ongoing judicial proceedings related to acquisition of property or easement rights and other related matters.
