Are you a Civil Engineering graduate or bachelor’s degree holder seeking your first comprehensive major project experience? At Ferrcom Ingenieros S.A.C., we are looking for a Junior Operations Assistant to join our team. You will serve as the right-hand support to our engineers and supervisors on maintenance and repair projects for educational and industrial infrastructure in Lima. Field Management: Assist in supervising operations and contractor control, ensuring work is executed per drawings and specifications. Office Management: Support data collection and preparation of technical-economic proposals (quantities, material quotations, and specialized quotations—for structures and installations). Project Control: Update cost control reports and assist in tracking construction schedules. Safety Culture (OSH): Actively contribute to maintaining a safe working environment by supporting implementation of occupational health and safety protocols. What profile are we looking for? Graduate or bachelor’s degree holder in Civil Engineering. Intermediate proficiency in Excel, MS Project, and AutoCAD. Proactivity, analytical rigor, and excellent teamwork orientation. Availability: On-site work across various projects in Lima, with flexibility to cover rotating shifts. Our Offer: Compensation: Base salary of S/. 1,600 + Mobility bonus of S/. 200.
