Support in implementation and deployment of solutions **Grupo Ventura is currently seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer with experience in the technology sector.** Product Lines: * Servers and storage units. * Digitalization and printing equipment. * Virtualization and database software. Responsibilities: * Provide technical and commercial support to the sales team during the pre-sales process. * Analyze customer requirements and design technology solutions aligned with their needs. * Develop technical proposals, specifications, and project justifications. * Conduct product and technology solution presentations, demonstrations, and trainings. * Participate in client meetings for information gathering and identification of business opportunities. * Create technology architecture diagrams and technical documentation. * Manage certifications, homologations, and documentation required for public tenders and competitions. * Stay updated on emerging technologies, products, and market trends. * Support implementation and deployment of marketed solutions when required. Requirements: * Technical or university graduate in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions within the technology sector. * Knowledge of servers, storage, virtualization, databases, and printing solutions. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. * IT industry certifications are desirable. * Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and customer orientation.
