What are we looking for? * Graduate, bachelor's degree candidate, or final-cycle student in **Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Administration, or Process Engineering**. * Minimum **1 year of experience** as a Process, Continuous Improvement, or Quality Assistant or Analyst. * Advanced Excel (mandatory): pivot tables, advanced formulas, dynamic charts, and basic knowledge of macros/VBA. * SQL Server or basic database management skills (preferred). * Intermediate-level Power BI or QuickSight (preferred). * Strong analytical ability and structured thinking. * Assertive communication and ease interacting with various organizational levels. * Proactivity, autonomy, and attention to detail.
