Job Summary: Coordinate and manage the supply chain, ensuring efficient procurement and delivery of materials and services for mining, industrial, or construction operations. Key Highlights: 1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Main Responsibilities: Prepare quotations, conduct procurement, and track materials, spare parts, and services in Lima according to operational department requirements. Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and transportation of supplies from Lima to mining units. Visit suppliers, workshops, or warehouses to verify product availability, quality, and conditions. Support documentation management (purchase orders, shipping documents, invoices, etc.), ensuring proper organization and archiving. Maintain and update Excel databases for purchase control, inventory, and supplier information. Generate periodic procurement and administrative expense reports. Assist with various administrative procedures (banks, couriers, government agencies, etc.). Track pending purchase orders and coordinate with field logistics and warehouse teams. Propose alternative suppliers or logistical solutions when contingencies arise. Job Requirements: Technical diploma or university degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or administration, preferably within the mining, construction, or industrial sectors. Knowledge of spare parts, tools, or mechanical/electromechanical components (desirable). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced). Ability to work autonomously, with initiative and results orientation. Willingness to travel within Lima for procurement and in-person coordination. High level of organization, commitment, and responsibility. Driver's license (desirable). Working Conditions: Employment Type: Full-time, on-site work with field visits within Lima. Working Hours: Monday to Friday (09:00–18:00) and Saturdays (09:00–15:00), with possible Saturday work as needed. Work Location: Lima (office + urban field). Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 – S/.2,300.00 per month Willingness to Travel: * 25% (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
