Maintenance Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead and manage industrial maintenance teams, planning and executing tasks, diagnosing failures, and managing resources efficiently. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of automation and management software Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. Additional courses or certifications in industrial maintenance, team management, industrial safety, or related areas (preferred). Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory position. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: * Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Planning and execution of tasks to ensure proper equipment operation. * Diagnosis and Repair: Identification and resolution of equipment and facility failures. * Resource Management: Efficient administration of tools, materials, and personnel. * Automation and Technology: Knowledge of automated systems and applied technology. * Inventory Management: Control of spare parts and required materials. * Management Software: Use of specialized software for maintenance planning and monitoring. * PERSONAL COMPETENCIES: * Leadership: Ability to motivate, direct, and manage teams, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. * Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and other departments, ensuring appropriate information flow. * Conflict Resolution: Ability to effectively handle and resolve conflicts while maintaining team harmony and efficiency. * Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with different departments (operators, supervisors, safety, quality) to achieve common goals. * Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust to changes in the work environment and project plans. * Decision-Making: Ability to make quick and effective decisions, especially under pressure or in emergency situations. * Empathy and Motivation: Sensitivity to understand team needs and foster a work environment where members feel valued and motivated. * Time Management: Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure projects are completed within established deadlines. * 14 x 7 System * Meals, accommodation, transportation, and laundry.
