Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to plan and schedule equipment maintenance, manage inventories, and analyze data to optimize performance. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance Planning and Scheduling for Yellow and White Line Equipment 2. Proficiency in handling industrial equipment and managing their lifecycle 3. Problem-solving ability and leadership in continuous improvement initiatives Minimum 2–3 years of experience in maintenance planning for yellow and white line equipment. University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: * Maintenance Planning and Scheduling: Ability to develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Equipment and Machinery Knowledge: Proficiency in handling and understanding industrial equipment and their lifecycle. * Inventory Management: Knowledge of managing and controlling spare parts and materials required for maintenance. * Data and KPI Analysis: Ability to analyze maintenance data and generate performance reports. PERSONAL COMPETENCIES: * Organization and Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple activities, and meet deadlines. * Effective Communication: Ability to interact clearly and effectively with diverse teams and departments. * Teamwork: Ability to collaborate and coordinate across different areas, ensuring maintenance activities align with overall objectives. * Problem Solving: Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues, minimizing operational impact. * Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and operational conditions. * Leadership and Decision Making: Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and make informed decisions under pressure. 14 x 7 System Meals, transportation, accommodation, and laundry.
