Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive professional with experience in mining operations to coordinate, plan, and supervise operational activities and manage mine personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the coordination and planning of operational activities. 2. Manage permits, unloading processes, and convoy supervision. 3. Supervise mine personnel and control inventories. Requirements * **Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related field.** * **Valid professional license (preferred).** * **Class A2B driver's license (preferred).** * **Experience in mining operations at MMG Las Bambas.** * **Residence in Arequipa city (mandatory).** * **Skills: proactivity, coordination, and leadership.** Responsibilities: * **Coordination and planning of operational activities.** * **Preparation of transportation reports and documentation.** * **Management of permits and unloading processes.** * **Supervision of convoys and accreditations.** * **Inventory control and administrative documentation.** * **Leadership and supervision of mine personnel.** Salary: S/.2,700\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
