Being part of a prestigious organization with networking opportunities Our client, a major Peruvian company expanding nationwide and specializing in fiber-optic internet services, has entrusted us with the search for an **Operational Data Analyst** for its **San Miguel, Lima** office. What are the main responsibilities? * Consolidate operational information from the general system. * Prepare management indicator reports. * Monitor compliance with operational KPIs and service levels. * Analyze trends, incidents, and operational deviations. * Monitor service quality indicators and customer satisfaction. * Generate dashboards and executive presentations for management. * Identify process improvement opportunities in operational and post-sales support processes. * Maintain updated databases and management history records. What are we looking for? * Students or graduates in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Systems, or related fields. * One year of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, database management, indicators, and dashboards. * Service-oriented, dynamic, organized, and collaborative individual.
