Job Summary: We are seeking a Technology Operations Engineer to ensure the quality and stability of the technological platform, validating functionalities, managing incidents, and performing continuous monitoring. Coordinate with Technology, Operations, and other involved departments. **Join our team!** At **Global Go**, we are looking for talent for the position of **Technology Operations Engineer**; learn more about this job opportunity below: **What is the main challenge?** * Ensure the quality, stability, and proper operation of the Global Go technological platform through functionality validation, incident management, ticket tracking, and continuous monitoring. **What will be your key responsibilities?** * Execute functional and regression tests on new features. * Validate features against business requirements. * Investigate, reproduce, and document incidents reported by users. * Analyze logs, system errors, and SQL queries. * Manage, prioritize, and track tickets. * Monitor platform health and detect failure patterns. * Document procedures and propose improvements in QA and support. * Coordinate with Technology, Operations, and other involved departments. **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * 1–3 years of experience in similar roles. * Experience in functional testing, incident investigation, and SQL handling. * Preferred experience in software, SaaS, or Fintech companies. * SQL – Intermediate. * Ticketing tools – Intermediate. * Log reading – Intermediate. * REST APIs, Postman, and Git – Basic. * Excel – Intermediate. * Desired: .NET/C\# and test automation. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment from day one, with all statutory benefits. * Competitive salary.
