Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to evaluate, settle, and coordinate mortgage operations, advising the Commercial Network and collaborating with vendors to ensure efficient processes. Our people make the difference in our success. **Employment Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What Are We Looking For?** * Evaluate the disbursement feasibility or guarantee registration for commercial banking operations under the mortgage service model update project * Perform settlement of mortgage operations under the new service model across various modalities: checks, wire transfers, accounting entries, etc. * Ensure proper execution of public deeds for guarantees associated with commercial banking operations under the new mortgage service model * Coordinate guarantee release processes in both reactive and proactive workflows * Advise the Commercial Network when an operation has legal observations and/or is processed under special procedures * Execute exception remediation arising from implementation of the new service model processes * Coordinate with vendors (NTT Data/Opplus/Notaries) on execution of assigned processes under the new service model * Perform manual accounting entries via Nacar/Altamira applications and/or back-office systems of the new mortgage service model * Support signing of guarantee creation and registrable guarantee release contracts, as authorized by respective powers of attorney * Support signing of valuation reports resulting from Commercial Network loan settlements * Coordinate with vendors on execution of processes assigned to them * Other duties inherent to the position or assigned by the immediate supervisor Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or university graduate in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computing, Information Technology, or related fields * Experience in data analysis * Programming experience (Python) * Database management skills * Experience developing dashboards * Proficiency in Google Suite: Advanced Excel (macros) * AI proficiency * Soft skills: teamwork, effective communication, results orientation **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
