Position Summary: We are seeking an Underground Mine Planning Engineer with experience in underground mining to develop and monitor mining plans and ensure their execution. Key Highlights: 1. KPI, cost, and budget management We are looking for an Underground Mine Planning Engineer with experience in UNDERGROUND MINING. RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Develop short- and medium-term Mining Plans. \* Design and evaluate mining methods and estimate mineral reserves (narrow veins). \* Evaluate and control the budget for established plans. \* Ensure execution of the approved plan by area management and/or identify situations that may delay achievement of this objective. \* Comply with regulations, rules, policies, and instructions related to immediate reporting of incidents or accidents to the Occupational Health and Safety team, as well as trainings, drills, and other activities associated with the Company's Occupational Health and Safety Management System, to ensure organizational compliance. REQUIREMENTS: \* Licensed Professional \- Registered Member of the Mining Engineering and/or Geological Engineering Association. \* Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within underground mining operations (mandatory). \* In-depth knowledge of KPI, cost, and budget management. \* Willingness to work under a 14-days-on/7-days-off schedule at a mining camp (located 4 hours from Huancayo).
