Wishing you great success throughout this process! **Pre-Professional Intern \- IT Planning and Control** **Mission:** Provide support to the IT Planning and Control team in managing, tracking, and controlling the Bank’s strategic initiatives, contributing to appropriate budget monitoring, financial planning, and generation of information for decision-making. Additionally, support internal clients by ensuring efficient and timely execution of technology portfolio projects. **What do we expect from you?** * Currently enrolled in the final cycles of an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields. * Prior experience of at least six months in pre-professional internships or activities related to information analysis, planning, or management control (preferred). * Intermediate knowledge of finance, information analysis, and process improvement. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate proficiency in Power BI. * Intermediate or advanced English language skills. * Demonstrated analytical ability, results orientation, initiative, and strong communication and teamwork skills. **What challenges will you face?** * Support budget tracking for technological initiatives, performing financial forecasting and monitoring project execution to ensure achievement of established objectives. * Analyze budgetary information for initiatives and Business Cases (BCs), identifying variances, improvement opportunities, and generating reports to facilitate decision-making. * Participate in follow-up meetings with various teams, preparing executive presentations on progress, key performance indicators, and portfolio outcomes. * Collaborate in the annual planning of technological initiatives, supporting information consolidation and coordination across involved departments. * Address internal client requests related to technological initiatives, providing timely support and contributing to continuous improvement of departmental processes.
