We seek a hybrid profile passionate about software development and information analysis, combining web programming, cloud infrastructure, and analytics to optimize our business outcomes. What will you do? * **Development and Cloud:** Develop, maintain, and enhance the company's ERP system and e-commerce website. Implement new features and optimize web applications using React, supporting the Backend under a Serverless architecture on AWS. * **Data Analytics:** Design and maintain reports or dashboards to monitor key e-commerce metrics (sales, inventory, user behavior). Identify trends and patterns in data that support business optimization. * **Infrastructure and Connectivity:** Assist in managing AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3, CloudFront, SQS, WAF, VPC, CloudWatch) and integrate REST APIs for inter-system communication. * **Support and Management:** Update products, prices, inventory, and e-commerce content. Diagnose incidents on technology platforms and provide basic technical support (hardware and software) to internal users. What are we looking for? * **Education:** University student from the 6th semester onwards in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Statistical Engineering, Data Science, or related fields. * **Technical Knowledge:** Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and React. Familiarity with REST APIs and GitHub usage. * **Data and Cloud (Desirable):** Intermediate/basic knowledge of Serverless architecture and AWS services. Interest in or experience with databases (SQL) and data visualization tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar). * **Experience:** Prior work experience is not required; personal, academic, code repository, or related internship projects will be valued.
