Operational Functions At **QROMA**, we are searching for the best talent to fill the position of: **Pre-Professional Treasury Intern** **What is the primary objective?** To support the Treasury Department with various operational functions, meet delivery timelines, and optimize tasks. **Main Responsibilities:** * Upload daily bank transactions into SAP to ensure data is ready for bank reconciliations. * Update a daily bank position file (Excel) to verify whether all daily transactions have been processed. * Download bank certificates and store them in a shared folder to maintain supporting documentation for executed payments. * Update primary departmental reports to enable analysis of payment-related information to suppliers. * Respond to various supplier inquiries via email sent to the Payments Management mailbox. **Requirements:** * Students from the 8th semester onward in Accounting, Economics and Accounting, and/or Industrial Engineering. * Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory. * SAP (FI) knowledge is mandatory. * Familiarity with the payment process is desirable. * Prior experience in similar treasury and/or accounting functions is desirable. **If interested in this position, please complete the following form: https://form.typeform.com/to/DaGQ8SZ0** At QROMA, we promote inclusion and labor integration without distinction based on disability, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, place of origin, or generation.
