Actively support the company's recruitment and selection processes, ensuring an agile and positive experience for our candidates. What will be your main challenges? * Post job openings on various job boards and professional networks. * Conduct resume screening (screening) and initial contact calls with applicants. * Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and department leaders. * Support the administration of assessments and selection activities. * Maintain the talent database up to date. * Collaborate on *Employer Branding* initiatives and onboarding of new hires. What are we looking for in you? * **Education:** Graduate or Bachelor's degree candidate (graduation period: 2025 \- 2026\) in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Prior experience of 3 to 6 months in recruitment is desirable (not mandatory). * **Skills:** Excellent communication, empathy, organization, and proactivity. * **Tools:** Proficiency in MS Office (intermediate Excel) and familiarity with LinkedIn. Salary: S/.1,130\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
