




Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed Civil Engineer to supervise daily on-site execution of works, verifying compliance with designs, specifications, and schedule, and identifying deviations. With a presence in over 120 countries and a team of 19,500 professionals, we leverage our multidisciplinary expertise to serve our clients, driving innovative and accessible solutions that deliver real impact on every project. **Job Description** * Perform daily on-site monitoring of works executed by the Contractor. * Verify that activities are carried out in accordance with: + Approved designs + Technical specifications + Current work schedule * Monitor the Contract Engineer’s performance, ensuring that their reviews, observations, and communications align with the D\&C Contract. * Conduct field reviews of: + Construction methods + Physical progress + Interdisciplinary interfaces * Identify technical deviations, schedule or quality risks, and promptly report them to PSR management. * Participate in site meetings, inspections, and technical coordination sessions. * Support the review of: + Reports and documents issued by the Engineer + Progress reports for valuation purposes * Contribute to proper technical and documentary traceability of the project. * Participate in preparing PMO VIAS reports. **Qualifications** * Education: Licensed Civil Engineer in Peru. * Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, viaducts, roadworks). * Minimum 2 years of experience in construction site monitoring and/or supervision, serving as Site Manager, Construction Project Manager, Site Responsible, Resident Engineer, or in Supervision, Engineering, and/or PMO roles on similar projects. * Experience with D\&C and/or FIDIC contracts is desirable. **Additional Information** Technical Knowledge * Construction processes for road and bridge works. * Reading and interpretation of drawings and technical specifications. * Physical progress control. * Basic understanding of contract management (variations, schedules, quality).
