Job Summary: We are seeking a Bachelor's degree holder or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering to support the control and monitoring of quality standards and collaborate in document management of the QMS. Key Highlights: 1. Support in controlling and monitoring quality standards 2. Collaboration in document management of the Quality Management System (QMS) 3. Participation in internal audits and data analysis for improvement **Your Main Responsibilities:** * **Support the control** and monitoring of quality standards across company processes. * **Collaborate in drafting**, updating, and controlling documentation of the Quality Management System (QMS). * **Participate in internal audits** and follow-up on corrective actions. * **Analyze area data and indicators** to propose opportunities for continuous improvement. * **Provide support in quality training** sessions for operational staff **Technical Profile (Requirements):** * **Education**: Bachelor's degree holder or recent graduate in **Industrial Engineering**. * **Theoretical knowledge**: Familiarity with **ISO 9001** standards (or other relevant industry regulations) and quality tools. * **Digital tools**: Intermediate-level proficiency in **Excel** (pivot tables, formulas) and Office applications. * **Competencies**: Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, assertive communication, and results orientation.
