Today, our **MACHINERY\&AUTOMOTIVE** Management is seeking its next **Rental Operations Analyst**, who will essentially be responsible for ensuring control, analysis, and optimization of operational, financial, and fleet reliability indicators through comprehensive management of maintenance costs, procurement, services, budgeting, equipment availability, and productivity of workshop and field operations. **What You’ll Do** * Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis, cost optimization, and service level enhancement. * Manage and control costs associated with spare parts, components, and external services procurement. * Conduct periodic analyses of cost variances against budget and forecast, and propose corrective actions. * Identify and manage financial risks linked to fleet operation and maintenance. * Automate reporting using Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, AI, and other data analytics tools. * Lead the collection/negotiation and invoicing process for operational damage recovery from customers. * Generate work order reports for tracking labor hours, spare parts, services, and total maintenance costs. * Prepare maintenance cost reports by equipment, customer, and analyze fleet operational profitability under the cost-per-hour model. * Prepare reports and monitor maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, MTBS, mechanical availability, etc.) for leased equipment in D365 and Power BI. * Manage field asset inventory: Equipment and attachments. * Conduct internal benchmarking across projects/customers and equipment to identify best practices. * Ensure compliance with ICS requirements related to operations. **About You** To succeed in this role, you must: * Hold a completed university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Have 4 years’ experience in operations analysis, maintenance cost analysis, and budgetary control; plus thorough knowledge of supply chain management (inventory management, purchase orders, services, and transportation). * Demonstrate proven expertise in business process automation and optimization using advanced technological tools such as Power BI, Power Automate (Advanced), Power Apps, and Artificial Intelligence. * Possess knowledge of maintenance and reliability indicator management and analysis using Power BI. Proficiency in KPIs including MTTR, MTBF, MTBS, mechanical availability, maintenance backlog, cost and budget management. * Microsoft Office and Microsoft tools (Dynamics 365 \+ Power BI): Advanced level. * Availability for on-site work: Monday to Friday \| Saturday Online at 1 PM **What We Offer** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility—and invite you to build it with us.
