Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Undefined) **What Are We Looking For?** **Responsibilities:** * Independently execute medium-complexity data management and operational analysis processes, ensuring data integrity and automation of recurring tasks to optimize team response times and regulatory compliance. * Independently execute medium-difficulty end\-to\-end tasks, and perform high-difficulty tasks—with support—within multidisciplinary teams. * Estimate current and future provisions and impacts for Local Provisions and EFAN, including data handling and transformation using SQL. * Prepare automated documentation for audit engagements: EY, Internal Audit, and Internal Control. Automate manual processes to enhance agility and eliminate rework within team tasks. Tools include SQL, ADA, and AppScript. * Identify, propose, and implement process and task improvements in which you participate. * Execute automated processes: generation of Massive and Overdue batches. Manage and maintain the team’s databases. * Execute data processing and information and documentation management. * Track and coordinate status updates with offices and Admissions, and transform and process data in databases for greater traceability. * Generate team work samples: monthly customer base for SBS regulatory review, transformation and consolidation of variables used in analysis across various databases, alignment databases, schedules, coverage reports, among others. * Generate and implement dashboards: Overdue, Financial Statements (EEFF), among others. Develop, maintain, and monitor reporting and controls: * Prepare data-driven executive presentations (CODIR, Committees). **Requirements:** * Degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Finance, or related fields. * 1–2 years of experience in similar positions. ### **Technical Requirements** * Intermediate or advanced SQL. * Experience managing relational databases. * Data cleaning, transformation, and consolidation (ETL). * Process automation. * Report and dashboard creation. * Data analysis for decision-making. * Advanced Excel. + Pivot tables. + Power Query. + Advanced formulas. **Desirable** * Google Apps Script. * ADA (company-internal tool). * BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio). * Knowledge of auditing and internal control. * Mass processing (batches). * Document management. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
