Position Profile **Position:** Sales Assistant **Department:** Commercial **Reports To:** Sales Manager **Position Objective** Support the Sales Manager by analyzing commercial information, tracking KPIs, coordinating with the sales team, preparing reports, and assisting in executing commercial strategies to ensure achievement of 3BSI’s sales objectives. Commercial Administration * Sales representative assistance * Maintain up-to-date customer database. Sales Team Support * Customer activation. * Complaint management. * Verify fulfillment of pending orders. * Coordinate order dispatch with the plant. * Assist in customer recovery. * Assist in collections management. Requirements * Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing and Sales, International Business, or related fields. * Intermediate Excel proficiency, database management, and pivot tables. * Proficiency in social media, marketplace listings, and WhatsApp Business. * Prior experience in commercial, sales, or related areas is desirable. * Experience with automotive, industrial, or hardware products is a plus. Salary: S/.1,600\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
