Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Supervisor to lead commercial and marketing strategy for real estate projects, managing teams and optimizing budgets. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze market and propose improvements to strategies **COMMERCIAL SUPERVISOR** **INVENTIVA** REAL ESTATE GROUP **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Commercial Management / Marketing. (Preferred) * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commercial Supervisor in the urban development and/or apartment real estate sector. (Mandatory) * Advanced knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies, Real Estate CRM, sales funnels, and commercial KPIs. * Availability to work onsite in Huaral. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design, implement, and supervise the commercial and marketing strategy for active real estate projects. * Lead, train, and motivate the sales advisory team to achieve monthly sales placement targets. * Manage and optimize the marketing budget focused on generating qualified leads and converting sales. * Analyze market, competition, and trends to propose improvements to pricing and promotional strategies. * Coordinate directly with General Management regarding management reports, sales projections, and channel effectiveness. * Monitor pre-sales, sales, and post-sales processes to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
