Position Summary: We are seeking a Sample Reception Assistant for an accredited environmental laboratory, responsible for sample verification and compliance with quality management policies. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in verification and receipt of environmental samples 2. Maintaining order and cleanliness according to Good Laboratory Practices 3. Identifying risks and opportunities for improvement ANALYTICAL LABORATORY is an accredited environmental laboratory dedicated to providing environmental monitoring and analysis services for various sectors such as mining, hydrocarbons, industry, fisheries, etc. We are currently seeking a **SAMPLE RECEPTION ASSISTANT\- CUSCO BRANCH** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate or Technician in Computer Science or Chemical Analysis * Student (minimum 8th semester), graduate, bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and/or related fields. * Microsoft Office (minimum: Word, basic Excel or user-level proficiency) * A2B driver's license **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Comply with the Quality Management System (QMS) Policy and other management system guidelines. * Identify risks and opportunities for improvement in the materials reception area and report them to the immediate supervisor. * Verify samples delivered by the Operations Department and/or clients. * Report any deviations to the Coordinator and/or Laboratory Manager. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area (Good Laboratory Practices). * Review required documents and forms for sample reception activities. * Other duties assigned as inherent to the position **SKILLS:** * Effective verbal and written communication * Teamwork **BENEFITS:** * Timely monthly payments * Professional growth Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
