Constant communication with customers and supervisors Job Description: Job Description: We are Grupo J\&R Serge SAC, a company providing air conditioning, fire alarm system, and electrical supply, installation, and maintenance services. We are seeking a technical or university graduate in International Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields for the position of Service Coordinator. Responsibilities include: \- Technical or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. (Mandatory). \- Service planning \- Customer interaction and sales experience \- Efficient and timely coordination of services with operational staff and supervisors. \- Service follow-up, monitoring completion status, and identifying causes of delays. \- Regular communication with supervisors to track the status of each service. \- Communication with customers, quotation follow-up, and responding to any questions or inquiries they may have. \- Coordination with suppliers for materials or supplies required for each service or project. \- Other duties inherent to the position \- MYPE payroll \- Salary: S/.1,700.00 \- S/.2,500.00 per month Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,700.00 \- S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
