Guarantees the quality of analytical results and leads continuous improvement processes. **Position Summary:** Quality Assurance \& Safety, Health and Environment (QA\&SHE)**Location:** Cajamarca**Work Schedule:** Full-time**Reports To:** Plant Manager **Position Purpose:**Lead and promote excellence in safety, occupational health, environment, and quality across the Cajamarca operation and cooling centers; ensure that facilities and work procedures are free from risks threatening product safety, personnel safety, facility integrity, and environmental protection for the Cajamarca Plant and cooling centers. Ensure that Cajamarca Plant efficiently applies and complies with Nestlé’s quality and SH\&E directives, standards, and specifications for raw milk collection, fresh milk handling, transportation, manufacturing, and dispatch of pre-condensed milk; ensure proper functioning of laboratory equipment in general, and specifically those used to determine parameters for fresh milk payment. Guarantee the quality of physical\-chemical and microbiological analytical results. Lead quality improvement processes for fresh milk and pre-condensed milk. Ensure internal and external compliance in safety, occupational health, environment, and quality. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives at Cajamarca Plant. **A Day in the Life of...*** Support the rollout, implementation, and verification of compliance with new corporate GIs related to QA\&SHE and local legal regulations. * Lead QA \- SHE audits for the Cajamarca Plant operation; ensure identification of observations and non-conformities arising from ISO 22000, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ZURICH, INDECI, DIGESA, MINTRA, NGA, MGA, CARE, NCE, Ammonia, etc. audits. * Ensure proper documentation management of manuals, procedures, instructions, and/or operational standards related to QA and SHE for the Cajamarca Plant operation. * Ensure completion of mandatory QA \- SHE training programs for all personnel across the Cajamarca Plant operation. * Promote SHE and QA culture at all levels of the Cajamarca operation through SHE\&QA campaigns and execution of the communications plan; coordinate and monitor annual QA\&SHE activity plans (internal audits, external audits, drills, inspections, etc.) and closure of non-conformities for the Cajamarca Plant operation. * Develop, control, maintain, and guarantee the correct functioning of Nestlé’s Quality Assurance systems — NQMS, HACCP (PCC compliance) — at Cajamarca Plant. * Coordinate an integrated strategy and implementation plan aligned with market priorities and objectives, and with the site/unit’s overall OMPs. Guide strategy implementation and communication. * Drive quality process improvements, focusing on enhancing FTR indicators (adulterants, raw material and semi-finished deviations) and microbiological counts in fresh milk. * Lead QA (NQMS, QMS) and SHE improvement projects for the Cajamarca Plant operation and cooling centers. * Keep Operations Management, Cajamarca Plant Management, Agro-Industrial Services Coordinator, Lima Factory QA Manager, and SHE Manager informed of any QA\-SHE incidents that may occur at Cajamarca Plant. * Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure efficient QA and SHE delivery; provide support and ensure environmental compliance through management, capture, analysis, and monitoring of Environmental KPIs: Water, Waste, Energy, and CO2 Emissions — aiming to reduce the environmental impact of Cajamarca Plant and cooling centers, and achieve Cajamarca operation’s environmental targets. Exposure monitoring, health promotion, health surveillance, training. Leverage SHE\-PM and other tools to monitor and analyze performance and support better decision-making." * **What Will Make You Successful:*** Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Food Science, or Chemistry. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality or SHE roles within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies. * Knowledge of quality standards and ISO 22000, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ZURICH, INDECI, DIGESA, MINTRA, NGA, MGA, CARE, NCE. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. **Competencies:*** Sense of urgency * Proactivity * Effective communication * Leadership * Stakeholder management * Influence * Results orientation
