We’re looking for top talent for the SIEM / SOAR Specialist position. **Responsibilities and Duties** **SIEM / SOAR Specialist \- Security Operations Engineer** A professional in Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related fields, with experience in SOC, SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, and Incident Response. Strong technical focus on Google SecOps, including SIEM, SOAR, platform administration, use case and detection rule development, event analysis and correlation, threat hunting, automation, and incident response. Project management for implementations, client onboarding, service continuity, and incident management. Soft skills: sense of urgency, effective communication, analytical ability, working under pressure, customer orientation, teamwork, and the ability to clearly communicate technical incidents to both technical and executive teams, including Cyber Leadership or clients. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Networking. 6\-8+ years of experience as a SOC Engineering Specialist, covering SOC operations, implementations, and projects. Desirable training and certifications in Cybersecurity, Google Cloud/SecOps, top-brand SIEM/SOAR platforms, ITIL 4, ISO 27001, Security\+, CySA\+, or similar. Knowledge of MITRE ATT\&CK, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, Cloud Security, IAM, and Vulnerability Management, as well as technologies such as Google SecOps, Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, and ITSM platforms.
