Diverse functions ranging from site surveys to reporting A reputable company in the electrical sector is looking for a professional to fill the position of **Junior Project Supervisor**: REQUIREMENTS: * **Bachelor's degree, graduate, or licensed professional in Electrical Engineering** * Minimum 2 years of experience in this position. * Knowledge of installation and maintenance of electrical panels, motor starters, and variable frequency drives; preventive and corrective maintenance, among others. * Personnel management experience. * Willingness to travel. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct site surveys for upcoming projects and monitor their progress. * Request and supervise required materials for work activities. * Perform in-store inspections. * Supervise assigned personnel (assign tasks). * Update the customer-requested service tracking chart. * Manage emergency service requests from the customer, from initiation through execution. * Prepare maintenance reports to meet internal G\&R standards and client requirements. * Prepare work order completion reports. * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. WE OFFER: * Formal employment registration from day one (MYPE regime). * Competitive market-based salary. * Bi-weekly payments (timely). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. * Positive work environment.
