If you have manual skills, pay close attention to finish quality, and handle multiple specialties, we want you on our team! What profile are we seeking? Proven experience: Minimum 1–2 years performing preventive and corrective maintenance work in buildings (offices, schools, industrial facilities, or residential complexes). Solid practical knowledge in: Electrical systems: Diagnosing household electrical faults, replacing lighting fixtures, switches, and circuit breakers. Plumbing: Repairing leaks, replacing faucets, sanitary ware, and cleaning traps. Lightweight structures and finishes: Installing and repairing drywall, painting walls, plastering, repairing cracks, and installing wall and floor coverings (ceramic or porcelain tiles). Availability: Residing in Lima and having full flexibility to work rotating shifts (according to site requirements). Values: Punctuality, honesty, and strong sense of responsibility. Your main responsibilities: Respond to preventive and corrective maintenance requests across assigned sites in Lima. Ensure excellent-quality finishes in painting, drywall, crack repairs, and tiling work. Report major incidents and ensure optimal use of assigned materials. What do we offer?
