Position Summary: We are seeking personnel to provide direct, high-quality care to elderly individuals, assisting with daily activities and promoting their overall well-being. Key Highlights: 1. Service-oriented vocation and proactive initiative We are **Geriatrics Perú**, a fully legal company operating for over 30 years, located at Av. Higuereta 571, Surco District. We specialize in the care and support of the elderly. **Hours: 150 hours per month** Monthly schedule of 15 rotating shifts (morning and night shifts) **Responsibilities:** * Provide direct, high-quality care to elderly individuals. * Monitor vital signs. * Assist with daily activities and medical procedures. * Record and report patients' conditions. * Promote comprehensive care and patient well-being. * Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient service. **Requirements:** * Hold a nationally issued nursing diploma or a Certificate of Completion. * Availability to work rotating shifts (Monday through Sunday). * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Responsibility, punctuality, and organization. * Service-oriented vocation. * Proactive and dynamic initiative and attitude. **Benefits:** * Employment contract compliant with the Nursing Law. * Enrollment in the MYPE payroll system, including all benefits stipulated under the Nursing Law: * Salary: S/. 1200 * Vacation leave. * ESSALUD coverage. * Bonuses in July and December. * Pension contributions to AFP/ONP.
