Position Summary: We are seeking personnel to provide care and direct attention to elderly adults, promoting their overall well-being and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team We are **Geriatrics Perú**, a fully legal company operating for over 30 years, located at Av. Higuereta 571, Surco District. We specialize in the care and attention of elderly adults. **Hours: 150 hours per month** Monthly schedule of 15 rotating shifts (morning and night shifts) **Responsibilities:** * Provide direct and high-quality care to elderly adults. * Monitor vital signs. * Assist with daily activities and medical procedures. * Record and report patients' conditions. * Promote comprehensive care and patient well-being. * Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient service. **Requirements:** * Hold a nationally issued nursing degree or Certificate of Completion. * Availability to work rotating shifts (Monday through Sunday). * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Responsibility, punctuality, and organization. * Commitment to service. * Initiative and proactive, dynamic attitude. **Benefits:** * Employment contract compliant with Nursing Law. * Inclusion in MYPE payroll with all benefits as stipulated by Nursing Law: * Salary: S/. 1200 * Vacation time. * ESSALUD health insurance. * Bonuses in July and December. * Pension contributions to AFP/ONP.
