Job Summary: We are seeking a Specialist Engineer to provide pre-sales technical support, conduct feasibility assessments, and oversee fiber-optic service activation. Key Highlights: 1. Our client — a leading Peruvian company expanding nationwide and specializing in fiber-optic Internet services — has entrusted us with the search for a **Specialist Engineer** for its **Pre\-Sales and Installation** channel at its **Lince** office. What are the main responsibilities? * Provide pre\-sales technical support to the commercial team by addressing technical requirements, preparing proposals, quotations, and service configurations for corporate clients. * Conduct technical feasibility assessments for implementation projects. * Support the commercial team in closing deals by participating in technical meetings with clients. * Supervise the activation process for standard services and special projects. * Ensure accurate technical documentation and tracking of each implementation. What are we looking for? * Graduate in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Networks, Systems, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of IP and TCP/IP networks, FTTH architectures, OLT and ONT devices, network fault diagnosis and resolution, basic configuration of enterprise routers (Mikrotik preferred), monitoring and ticketing tools, and ability to read and interpret availability and performance metrics. * Leadership-oriented, service-minded, dynamic, organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative individual.
