Our client, a leading Peruvian company expanding nationwide and specializing in optical fiber Internet services, has entrusted us with the search for a **Specialist Engineer** for its **Pre\-Sales and Installations** channel at its **Piura** office. What are the main responsibilities? * Provide pre\-sales support to the commercial team by addressing technical requirements, preparing proposals, quotations, and service configurations for corporate clients. * Conduct technical feasibility assessments for implementation projects. * Support the commercial team in closing deals by participating in technical meetings with clients. * Supervise the activation process for standard services and special projects. * Ensure accurate technical documentation and tracking of each implementation. What are we looking for? * Professional in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Networks, Systems, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of IP and TCP/IP networks, FTTH architectures, OLT and ONT equipment, network incident diagnosis and resolution, basic configuration of enterprise routers (Mikrotik preferred), monitoring and ticketing tools, and ability to read and interpret availability and performance metrics. * Leadership-oriented, service-minded, dynamic, organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative individual.
