Position Summary: Support the technical support team by providing basic on-site and remote assistance to internal users and collaborating in incident resolution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide basic on-site and remote technical support to internal users. 2. Collaborate in resolving hardware, software, and connectivity incidents. 3. Participate in technology deployments and process improvement. Support the technical support team by delivering basic technical assistance both on-site and remotely to internal users, and collaborating in resolving hardware, software, and connectivity incidents. * Provide basic on-site and remote technical support to internal users. * Assist in resolving hardware, software, and connectivity incidents under team supervision. * Prepare, install, and configure computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. * Support the installation and updating of Windows and macOS operating systems. * Collaborate in basic LAN, Wi\-Fi, and VPN connection support. * Assist in identifying and reporting connectivity issues. * Log, update, and track tickets using service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow or others). * Maintain accurate documentation of handled requests. * Participate in equipment deployments, technology refreshes, and other IT department activities. * Support process improvement initiatives and departmental organization. **Education** Student or graduate of Computer Engineering, Computer Technology, Networking, Systems, or related fields. **Knowledge** Windows 10 and Windows 11\. * macOS (desirable). * Microsoft 365\. * Computer and peripheral hardware. * Ticket management tools. * Basic cybersecurity concepts (antivirus, backups, and best practices). **Experience** Prior experience of **0–1 year** in technical support or help desk roles is desirable. **Skills** Organized. * Responsible. * Willingness to learn. * Clear communication skills. * Proactive.
