Opportunity to work for a major retail company A leading Peruvian retail company is currently seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Arequipa City Center branch. We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and committed individual capable of performing operational tasks including loading, unloading, storage, and transportation of goods, as well as overseeing the proper functioning and control of the warehouse. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** \* Load and unload goods and trucks. \* Transport boxes and products from the warehouse to the sales floor. \* Receive, count, and verify incoming goods. \* Properly locate and store products in assigned zones. \* Prepare goods for replenishment of the sales floor. \* Support inventory activities and conduct product counts. \* Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies, shortages, overages, or damaged items. \* Maintain a clean, organized, and properly arranged warehouse. \* Coordinate daily activities with warehouse staff. \* Control outgoing goods and related documentation. \* Report incidents, shrinkage, and inventory discrepancies. \* Comply with internal warehouse procedures and safety regulations. \* Perform other operational tasks inherent to warehouse operations. **REQUIREMENTS** \* Completed secondary education. \* Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience, preferably as a supervisor or manager. \* Experience in inventory management and handling of goods. \* Prior experience coordinating staff is desirable. \* Availability to perform physical labor, including lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting boxes. \* Ability to work effectively in a team. \* Responsibility, organization, and commitment. **WORK SCHEDULE** \* Morning shift: 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. \* Afternoon shift: 1:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. \* Night shift: Starting at 10:00 p.m., twice per week according to schedule. \* Rotating 6-days-on/1-day-off schedule with rotating shifts. **WE OFFER** \* PEN 1,150 \+ PEN 350 transportation allowance. \* Bi-weekly and end-of-month payroll. \* Positive work environment. \* Job stability. **WORK LOCATION** Historic City Center of Arequipa – Mercaderes Street.
