Job Summary: We are seeking a Web Developer with experience in website optimization and enhancement to boost our website's performance, image, and effectiveness. Key Highlights: 1. We currently have an existing website; however, we aim to take it to the next level and transform it into a tool that generates greater impact and business opportunities. What Are We Looking For? We seek a **Web Developer** with experience in website optimization and enhancement who can analyze our current site and propose and implement improvements to enhance its performance, image, and effectiveness. We do not require building a website from scratch. Instead, we need a professional who can identify improvement opportunities and help us strategically optimize the site. Responsibilities * Analyze the current state of our website. * Propose improvements in design, structure, and user experience (UX/UI). * Optimize site speed and performance. * Improve basic SEO positioning and indexing best practices. * Optimize the mobile version (responsive design). * Implement improvements that increase inquiries or lead generation. * Provide recommendations on new functionalities that add value to the website. * Carry out agreed-upon implementations and document all changes made. Requirements * Proven experience in web development and optimization. * Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (WordPress or others, as applicable). * Knowledge of technical SEO and speed optimization. * Experience in responsive design and user experience enhancement. * Ability to propose innovative, results-oriented solutions.
