Job Summary: We are seeking a Workshop Assistant to perform construction site or loading tasks, with career path projection to Welder. Key Highlights: 1. Career path projection to Welder 2. Knowledge of welding tools We are looking for a WORKSHOP ASSISTANT in Chorrillos! Location: Chorrillos (On-site employment) Schedule: Management shift Mon\-Fri 7:15 AM to 5:00 PM; Sat 7:15 AM to 11:30 AM Salary: S/.1,800 \- S/.2,000 Employment Type: Payroll registration with all statutory benefits Requirements: Experience — More than 1 year of experience \- Construction site or loading duties Benefits: CTS, ESSALUD, Bonuses, Vacation, AFP \- ONP — 100% payroll registration Ability to read or interpret simple structural steel drawings (not mandatory) Knowledge of welding tools Career path projection to Welder Mobility bonus when projects are carried out during night shifts (daily allowance) **Interested candidates please attach your CV!
