




Job Summary: We are seeking an Academic Programming Analyst to analyze curriculum changes, project sections, automate processes, and coordinate with program directors, ensuring academic efficiency. Personalized coordination and support with program directors The SISE Institute, part of the Educa_d Group, is currently seeking top talent to fill the position of Academic Programming Analyst. Responsibilities: - Analyze the impact of proposed curriculum changes for PRG and CPEX programs and Extension courses on class scheduling, evaluating their implications to ensure efficient academic organization. - Analyze section projections and register schedules in the system using available data to guarantee appropriate and timely assignment. - Identify and evaluate opportunities for process automation by researching available technological solutions to improve efficiency and reduce operational workload. - Coordinate personalized support with program directors or their representatives, maintaining constant communication to ensure effective implementation of programming and enrollment processes. - Monitor and provide support during the enrollment process, addressing inquiries from involved staff to ensure its proper execution. - Collaborate in developing management indicators and executing functional tests of programming systems, processing relevant data to assess performance and ensure correct operation. - Comply with current regulations, applying established policies to ensure alignment with institutional regulations. Requirements: - Technical and/or university graduates in Administration, Engineering, or related fields. - Two years of experience in academic services or similar roles. - Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. - Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Availability to work onsite at the Santa Beatriz campus.
