You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of Hilti Peru’s financial and accounting processes, actively interacting with our external accounting and tax providers, as well as internal stakeholders such as our Shared Service Center and Global Tax Advisor, and our local and regional Finance team for Latin America. Your role will be critical in guaranteeing the quality of the financial close, tax management, and internal controls, directly contributing to strategic decision-making and maintaining the order and standards of our processes. We also seek proactivity, optimization opportunities, cost savings, and ongoing alignment with tax regulations. WHAT YOU WILL DO '- You will be the primary owner of the company's accounting function. Account analysis and monitoring of account variances. * Execution of the monthly and annual financial closing process. * Coordination and oversight of tax settlement with external accounting firms. * Submission and analysis of tax reports to Global Tax. Coordination of topics with the Shared Service Center and Global Tax Advisor. * Preparation of projected cash flow to support operational decisions. * Coordination of external audits. * Execution and monitoring of administrative and financial internal control processes. * Support and oversight of compliance processes and ensure operational adherence. * Management and support of diverse administrative tasks. * You will be responsible for preparing and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements. WHAT YOU WILL BRING Candidate Profile: An analytical, organized individual with strong planning capabilities. This role requires constant interaction with global teams; therefore, collaboration, effective communication, and internal customer orientation are essential, complementing accounting experience and acquired knowledge. Academic Qualifications Graduate in Accounting and/or related fields. Must be a licensed and registered Certified Public Accountant. Experience Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting roles, including tax-related responsibilities. Prior experience in account analysis, taxation, financial closings, or similar areas. Technical Competencies Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel mandatory). SAP knowledge (desirable). Intermediate conversational English (mandatory) to interact with global teams.
