We are looking for dynamic individuals who are passionate about fashion and skilled at building relationships to fill the position of: **FULL-TIME SALES ADVISORS \- LARCOMAR** **Requirements:** * Youth-oriented toward service: empathetic, dynamic, trust-building, with skills to handle and close sales * Minimum 6 MONTHS of experience in sales, promotions, and customer service within well-known retail brands (preferably in shopping malls) * Availability to work Monday through Sunday on rotating shifts (one day off between Monday and Thursday) * Basic Excel proficiency * Experience operating sales systems and POS terminals * Intermediate English level (not mandatory) * Prior experience working with sales targets or objectives **Responsibilities:** * Provide personalized service and advice to customers with friendly and courteous interaction. * Record sales in the system, issue and manage payment receipts. * Maintain store order (merchandise display, warehouse organization, verification that displayed prices are accurate) * Continuously organize and replenish all displayed products while adhering to the company’s Visual Merchandising standards. * Achieve individual and store-level sales quotas. **Benefits:** * Salary \+ Commissions \+ Monthly incentives / bonuses in soles and USD. * Pleasant work environment.
