Ensure efficient and transparent use of resources through effective negotiations, in compliance with corporate, country-level, and donor policies, strategies, standards, and procedures. Ensure procurement is environmentally sustainable, promotes gender equality, and guarantees safeguarding of girls, boys, and young people. **ROLE DIMENSIONS** * Provide administrative support for planning and procurement of goods, services, and works based on principles, procedures, and standards outlined in the Supply Chain Operations Manual and donor guidelines. * Conduct procurement of goods and services for assigned projects, functional areas, or program units, ensuring compliance with the Supply Chain Operations Manual and donor guidelines up to the established threshold. * Support efforts to expand the supplier base. * Support achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and management standards for the Procurement pillar. **THE PERSON:** **Essential Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field. + Experience in non-profit organizations. + Honesty and integrity, verifiable due to the level of resources managed. **Knowledge:** * Knowledge of the goods and services market, its local laws, and environmental considerations. * Proficiency in technological tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Teams, Zoom, among others. * Basic English language proficiency (desirable). * SAP system knowledge (desirable). **Skills:** * Self-management capability. * Negotiation techniques. * Customer orientation. * Attention to detail, ensuring data integrity and quality. * Communication skills. * Teamwork and proactivity.
