Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Excellence Assistant to develop and analyze production indicators, collect operational data, monitor the 5S program, and manage Daily Management System (DMS) meetings. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages production indicators and operational data. 2. Implements the 5S program and lean manufacturing tools. 3. Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement in operations. We are looking for an Operational Excellence Assistant who will perform the following duties: Develop, maintain, and analyze production indicator data (OEE) for presentation during weekly operations meetings. Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational data from production-related processes (quality assurance and nutrition) using Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and/or Minitab. Monitor implementation of the 5S program to generate findings or observation reports, which are submitted to supervisors involved in the production process. Conduct 5S-related training in areas where the program is implemented. Manage Daily Management System (DMS) meetings with relevant departments and track action plan execution against agreed commitments. Provide timely support for implementing lean manufacturing tools. Identify and document continuous improvement opportunities related to operations to streamline processes. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience performing these functions. * Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools. * Advanced level in Excel. * Intermediate level in Power BI. * Basic level in Minitab. * Basic level in English.
