Hotel reservation experience (02 years) 2. PMS system operation (Opera) 3. Advanced English language proficiency ***Requirements:*** * Graduate in Hospitality and/or Administration. * 02 years of experience in hotel reservations. * Proficiency in PMS system (Opera). * Advanced English language proficiency * Development of soft skills, stress management, and teamwork. ***Responsibilities:*** * Enter reservations into the Opera system. * Follow up with our corporate clients. * Maintain effective communication with clients.
