Opportunity for professional growth JOIN OUR TEAM! **Recruitment and Selection Assistant** Work Mode: On-site Location: San Martin de Porres At **M\&M Contact Center**, we are looking for a **Recruitment and Selection Assistant** with experience in high-volume call center selection processes, goal-oriented, capable of working under pressure, and possessing excellent organizational skills. **What Are We Looking For?** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in recruitment and selection for **high-volume Call Centers**. * Proficiency in various recruitment sources and competency-based interviews. * Experience administering, scoring, and interpreting **psychometric and projective tests**. * Knowledge of preparing psychosocial reports. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Excellent communication, organization, and results orientation. **Main Responsibilities** * Execute high-volume recruitment and selection processes. * Post job openings and actively search for candidates across multiple job boards. * Conduct resume screening, telephone interviews, and in-person/virtual interviews. * Administer, score, and interpret **psychometric and projective tests**. * Prepare psychosocial reports and provide hiring recommendations. * Coordinate interviews with department leads and follow up on hiring processes. * Meet established coverage and time-to-hire performance indicators. **We Offer** Excellent work climate.
