Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant to support audits, manage complaints, train staff, and standardize processes in a calibration or testing laboratory. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to develop skills in integrated management systems Job Description Requirements: Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. Minimum six (6) months of experience as a Quality Assistant in Calibration or Testing Laboratories. Knowledge of interpretation of integrated management systems for quality, per ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (Mandatory). Knowledge of implementation and auditing of integrated management systems for quality, environment, occupational health and safety, social responsibility, and risk management: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Law No. 29783, ISO 26000, and ISO 31000 (Desirable). Experience in implementing and/or participating in Safety and Quality Management Systems. · Responsibilities: Support internal audits of the IMS and follow-up on corrective actions. Develop and update procedures, work instructions, forms, plans, and regulations, as required by the organization. Conduct inspections and record NCs (Non-Conformities) in Power Apps. Manage investigation and identify root causes of complaints to prevent recurrence and impact on result validity. Manage CARs (Corrective Action Requests) from internal and external audits. Record deviations identified during external audits as CARs. Train involved personnel whenever procedures are updated. Manage and guide the development of IPERC (Identification, Prevention, Evaluation, and Risk Control) as required by the organization. Prepare PETS (Preventive Emergency Technical Services) according to client needs. Systematize and automate processes related to services. Actively participate in accident investigations. Organize and manage emergency drills. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys. Standardize processes as applicable. Other duties assigned. · Benefits: Formal employment registration from day one.
