Management of mise en place and inventory A 5-star hotel company seeks to hire a graduate in Hospitality and Tourism: * Completed studies in Bar and Mixology. * Minimum 6 months of experience in prestigious bars. * Service techniques and customer attention skills. * Intermediate English (Mandatory) * Preparation of various types of cocktails. * Availability for afternoon–evening shifts * Intermittent employment modality ***Responsibilities:*** * Perform mise en place for the bar area according to beverage menu requirements, storage needs, health regulations, and company specifications. * Prepare beverages using mixology techniques, adhering to technical recipes, health regulations, and company specifications. * Ensure proper washing and polishing of glassware and bar utensils using appropriate cleaning products, in compliance with health regulations and establishment standards. * Extensive knowledge of beverage preparation, production processes, brands, and origins. * Conduct daily beverage inventories for continuous stock control. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. ***Benefits:*** * Formal payroll enrollment from day one. * Benefits in accordance with applicable law. * Point-based payment. * Meal allowance.
