Also, implements policies, regulations, procedures, directives, and instructions issued by the Security Manager through operational work. **Requirements:** · Professional retired from the Armed Forces or Police Forces. · Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Security Supervisor in security and surveillance companies or public and private organizations. · Knowledge of BASC standards and regulations. · Intermediate-level software skills: Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; and basic English. · Must reside in Barranca city or nearby area (Km 200 Northern Pan-American Highway). · Full-time availability with 48 hours per week. **Competencies:** · Good self-control and teamwork · Strong communication skills · Teaching ability · Discipline · Decision-making · Interpersonal skills · Adaptability · Time management · Conflict resolution · Cooperation **We Offer:** Competitive market salary (under standard labor regime) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 17:20 hrs.
